$175* per night for the entire house, includes tax & cleaning fee.

**Wave pool passes are included during your summer stay!**
(Since the Damascus town pool is closed this summer for repairs...the wave pool is located about 30 minutes north of Damascus on Route 91 in Saltville VA www.virginia.org/site/description.asp?attrid=54587)

Please ask about the discount for weekly and monthly stays as well as FABULOUS 'off-season' rates (December through March).
A 2 night minimum is required on the weekends & a 3 night minimum for Appalachian Trail Days in May.
Check-in time is 3 pm EST or later.
Check-out time is noon (12 pm) EST.
*Ask about the possibility of early check-in or late check-out.
A one nights deposit ($175) is required to hold the reservation.
If your stay is 4 days or more, half the total balance is due to reserve the house.

Cancellation Policy--If you cancel within 72 hrs of your reservation, your $175 deposit is not refunded.

the weekend after Mother's Day. **
A port-a-john will be provided & there are free showers across the street at the Baptist Church.
